Pay Rate: $15.25 - $17.25 / hour
Duties:
Collaborate with a team on the production line
Ensure precise quality control of materials and finished products
Monitor the types and quantities of materials used in end product creation
Perform tasks such as sorting, packing, quality control, and pallet stacking
Opportunity for temp-to-hire status after meeting tenure, attendance, and performance criteria
Stand for the duration of 8 - 12-hour shifts
Exhibit a strong commitment to quality, safety, and effective communication
Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
We are happy to provide comprehensive training to associates with different experience, including general laborers, ranch hands, stockers, and warehouse packers.
