Robert Half HR Coordinator in Baltimore, Maryland

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our team in BALTIMORE, Maryland. This role will focus on managing administrative data entry functions within the Workday system in the Human Resources sector, along with maintaining reports for ethics training. This position requires regular on-site presence in downtown Baltimore and collaboration with the administration director on various special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative data entry functions in the Workday system

• Maintain up-to-date reports on ethics training

• Collaborate with the administration director on special projects

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management within the HR administration

• Resolve any arising inquiries related to HR administration

• Regularly attend on-site meetings and duties in downtown Baltimore

• Manage and monitor the progress of different HR projects

• Ensure all HR related customer inquiries are handled efficiently

• Maintain a high level of professionalism within the HR department. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proficient in using Workday HR management software

• Comprehensive understanding of Ethics & Professional Responsibility in the HR field

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

• Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and best practices

• Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
