Work you'll do

Systems Engineers will analyze user requirements and high level systems architectures to develop requirements specifications. SEs guide users in formulating requirements, advises on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. SEs are ultimately responsible for the technical integrity of the systems and advising government personnel on potential risks, issues, and conflicts as well as mitigation strategies. We are looking for a highly motivated systems engineer who is ready to join a high-paced, high-energy team. The team supports critical national security mission systems.

This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. We provide operational value, modernized mission solutions, and enhanced technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Ability to be onsite 100% of the time in Ft Meade, MD

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,000 to $200,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
