Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will perform basic machine operating tasks, which include monitoring and adjusting the Splitter and the Tumbler machines, ensuring the quality of the products, and managing the machines. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading products up to 30lbs of concrete blocks, cinder blocks, and masonry blocks. This role is physically demanding due to constant heavy lifting, bending, and crouching. You need to be flexible as you may need to change machines due to manpower availability.

This is a fully on-site position near Balzac, Alberta.
Work Environment
The facility is a production/manufacturing environment that produces concrete building blocks. It is a loud and dirty environment due to the product and machines running inside. There is also a large outdoor yard for product storage. Working hours are 6am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. The team culture is very family-oriented with the company promoting a strong culture and a safe place for everyone. The company hosts BBQs and catered lunches to show appreciation. The salary is $23/hr.
