Job Description:

Job Description & Responsibilities:• Responsible Consultant in order to assess and design comprehensive architecture of a Citrix networking environment and configure complex networking configurations• Responsible for Application and Desktop provisioning in Citrix • Supports in Incident management, Problem management (ITSM, code events, etc.)• Be a SPOC for escalations – code events• Responsible for architectural & process changes or impact• Responsible for proactive problem management• Responsible for system maintenance - Portal / Storefront Management, Server Image updates, Password management, KPI’s & system health monitoring, Citrix and RDS License monitoring, Citrix Lifecycle, Certificate renewal • Responsible for vulnerability management - OS Patching & Application Patching, Citrix Software Patching• Joins scrum meetings, directs work for the team & helps in operational execution

Experience Required:• More than 6 years experiences in supporting Citrix ADC, NetScaler configurations & Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop ServiceExperience Desired:• TCP/IP and general network management experience• Previous experience working in a team environment is a plus• Experience with SAN/NAS disk systems• Experience with hotfix/patch management systems• Experience with Exchange forms, scripting languages and Frontrange ITSM• Experience with hypervisors including VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer• Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure• Experience in application virtualization technology, MS AppV, Citrix Applayering, Numecent

Education and Training Required:• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in Computer Science or MISPrimary Skills:• Citrix Application Delivery Management (ADC) expert, Citrix Certified Professional-Networking (CCP-N) or >6 years ADC / NetScaler experiences • Citrix specific capabilitieso Citrix VPX, MPX o Citrix Cloud PaaS & Connectorso Citrix Storefronto Citrix Delivery controllerso Citrix VDA’s and virtual disk architectureo Citrix Workspace App (Multiplatform) and HDX / Edge compute optimizationo Citrix WEM & Profile managemento Citrix Studio & Directoro Citrix ADM; Application Delivery Managero Citrix Provisioning (PVS) & Machine Creation Services (MCS)• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Service • Citrix Personal Desktops; VDIs• Citrix Multi-Session Apps/Desktops • Citrix Certifications in Citrix CAVD, former XenDesktop/ XenApp • AWS & Azure cloud services; Hybrid and Multi Cloud approach (provisioning, storage, network, load balancing, etc.)• Application Virtualization (Microsoft App-V, Citrix AppLayering, etc.)• Virtual and physical print services• M365 (Delivered as client apps such as Teams)• Windows Server 2016, 2019• Windows 10• Automation tools and capabilities (PowerShell, SQL, Batch Scripting, etc.) – at least one• Browser Technologies• Troubleshooting and Root Cause analysis• Active Directory and Group Policies• Hypervisor VMWare

Additional Skills:• Ability to produce professionally written communication• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with others• Demonstrable problem-solving ability• DNS Management• Server and desktop OS troubleshooting, including knowledge of the Registry, Service Management, and Event Viewer.• Exposure to network technologies is a strong plus• Familiarity with ITIL principles of Incident management is a plus• Certifications in related technologies (MSP, MCSE, A+, CCNA, etc.)• Access controls, configurations, hardware custom requirements• Splunk • Nutanix• FSLogix
