Conduent Infrastructure Systems Engineer II in Bangalore, India
Job Track Description:
4 to 6 years of experience in IT operations/ Production support.
Experience in handling L1 IT service desk with bridge handling skills for incidents/change and service requests.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Must have ITIL knowledge.
Good knowledge on Unix/Linux and basic knowledge of Shell scripting will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle escalations.
Familiar with E-mail queue management and handy with MS office
Basic knowledge of servers, web-based applications usage
Education qualification – BE, B.Tech, BCA.
