Job Description :

This role is responsible for managing the entire supply end to end for New Growth Engine. The person would be working very closely with the team in New Growth Engine and the entire supply to drive projects with speed and precision. He/She would be working closely with Procurement, Pack, Liquid Team, Quality, Make, and SNOP to ensure that projects are delivered on time. The person is expected work closely with Procurement, Pack and NGE team to make a ready list of suppliers. The incumbent would finalize the list of vendors and also finalize the prices of materials and works with entire supply to ensure products are delivered First Time Right.

1. Ensure seamless and Timely Launch of Products as a part of NGE

• The person would be responsible for working closely with the NGE team and support the timely launch of products.

• The person would be responsible for entire supply, starting with vendor finalization to price negotiation to working with the R&D and Quality for validation of products. She/he would be accountable for material connectivity, label registration and manufacturing of the product to connecting the FG in the market.

• The person would be working with the entire supply to ensure timely supply and launch of the product.

2. Ensure Optimal Delivery against Service Requirements

• Oversee the inventory/stock status for key relevant spend category/item(s)

• Analyse structured feedback received from key internal customers/ stakeholders with respect to the MOQ, as NGE is going to be high value and low volume business business.

3. Ensure to meet Customer Quality expectations

• Oversee quality status as per internal customer requirements

• Execute the customer feedback received from the internal and external stakeholders on customer satisfaction for finalization materials

4. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with all the internal customer teams and ensure timely supply

• Closely work with NGE and support the team with new material options.

• Ensure quality requirements are met and regulatory aspects & changes thereof are implemented without disruption of supplies ensuring minimal write-offs etc.

5. New Vendor & Supplier Development

• Develop and support the process of empanelling new vendors based on their capability, process orientation and infrastructure alongside the commercial consideration. This would be round the year activity, which has to be jointly done with the NGE team.

• Keep the NGE updated with latest and world class options/technologies in both Packaging and Raw Materials.

• Geting supply and vendors involved from the very early stage in development of new products
