onsemi Senior MTS Analog Design Engineer in Bangalore, India
We are looking for a leader for our High Speed Interfaces IP Design team based at our Bangalore India development center. The group is responsible for designing, implementing & validating high speed interface PHY IP for state-of-the-art image sensors, specifically targeted at the Industrial, Consumer and automotive industries. As such, you will be leading a team working on designing high reliability circuits such as MIPI D-PHY and C-PHY and PHY Combinations. You will be a leader in the High Speed Interface IP Center of Excellence (COE) for Intelligent Sensing Group. The high speed Interface Team supplies a significant part of the whole product and you will be expected to work closely with other teams around the world to deliver high quality products. We have specialist laboratories where you will be expected to plan and execute the measurement and characterization of the blocks designed by your team.
Expected
Strong familiarity with the IC High-Speed Interface IP market and competitive landscape, with extensive experience in product road mapping and definition.
Over 10 years of experience in designing Multimedia, Inter-Chip, or CMOS Image Sensor Interface IPs, with a proven track record of successful tape-outs.
Familiar with MIPI Standards and experience with MIPI D-PHY and C-PHY
Leadership: Must have led an analog design team
Experience of an extensive range of process nodes.
Expert user of analog design tools (Cadence, Mentor etc.)
Deep understanding of circuit layout techniques
Solid understanding of practices for assuring device reliability and high yield (DFM)
You show extensive innovation in previous work (which has delivered customer solutions)
Device modelling experience (Verilog-AMS, SystemVerilog, etc)
Designed chips with Analog-Mixed-Signal subsystems
Coding skills – Scripting (Ocean/SKILL)
Added Value
IC Design-specific training or relevant post-graduate qualification (MSc / PhD)
Experience of Silicon Image Sensors
Experience of other high speed interface standards like MIPI A-PHY, ASA-ML and SLVS
