The Microsoft Endpoint Manager team is looking for a customer-focused Product Manager to help us build out the future of management focused on Windows manageability. This role is about helping define the vision for the future through deep customer and partner connections; it’s about driving development across different teams at Microsoft and even across different companies to organize engineering efforts around that vision, assuring that organizations, IT professionals, and end-users are delighted, productive and secure working from anywhere, backed by key Microsoft services like MEM.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager in MEM you will be a key part of our team delivering key features, designing the future, and empowering our customers - IT and end-users alike, working with engineering teams to design and release solutions and services so that IT can always assure productive and secure experiences for their users, and work with key teams across Microsoft and even companies outside of Microsoft to deliver value. You will be part of a strong team of product managers, Analyzing Customer and Market signals, executing on key MEM strategies and consistently and intentionally fostering a culture of growth mindset, diversity and inclusion across the team.
Key Responsibilities include
Refine and drive the vision, roadmap, and metrics for product.
Provide subject matter expertise and create awareness of best practices.
Ability to write functional specifications on multiple projects/features as needed.
This role requires working with global Microsoft teams remotely.
Collaborate with team members in various roles to plan and execute on key deliverables.
Work in a culture of continuous improvement, adaptation, reflection, and growth
Learn quickly from your peers, projects, and interactions with customers.
Qualifications
Skills and requirements that are essential for this role
10+ years total experience,with 5+ years of product management experience working with multiple stakeholders, with proven track records of delivering customer values with demonstrated usage.
Product-development experience withUnified Endpoint Managementproducts is an added advantage
Strong product delivery experience and setting clear strategies and deliverables built off internal and external partner relationships, and strong customer connections.
Passion for customer interaction and desire to exceed what our customers demand of us
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining cross-team relationships and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building SaaS products at scale
Experience with Windows, iOS, Mac, and Android manageability in all phases of lifecycle
Experience working with commercial customers and a deep understanding of technology management requirements and lifecycles in that space
