Amazon Senior Program Manager, Marketplace Trust, Marketplace Trust India in Bangalore, India

Description

Amazon seeks a talented Senior Program Manager to join the Marketplace Trust team at its India headquarter, based in Bengaluru for its seller trust and enforcements charter. This role would entail i) ensuring bad actors operating on Amazon India are enforced faster ii) genuine sellers are well equipped and well educated to prevent unintentional violations which can lead to enforcements iii) build programs to improve seller experience vis-à-vis enforcements iv) partnering with Trust teams to minimize incorrect enforcement actions through updating of SOPs and policies. S/he will work in close partnership with WW Trust teams, category teams, program and product teams to identify and drive programs. S/he will regularly report on metrics related to Seller Enforcement for different business reviews.

The successful candidate will be passionate about Customer & Seller Experience, detail-oriented, with a strong business acumen and excel in creative problem solving and program management.

S/he will have credibility with leadership and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, creatively solve complex issues; in addition, the candidate will thrive in working with large data warehouse environments, has excellent verbal and written communication skills and is motivated by developing innovative and simplified solutions to help Sellers.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify and drive programs to improve seller experience around enforcements, appeals and reinsatements

  • Work with enforcement teams to ensure their enforcement policies capture nuances of India

  • Partner with IN business teams to capture voice of seller around enforcements and build solutions accordingly

  • Work with product management team to build solutions that are required to drive programs in an efficient and automated fashion

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
