Diageo Senior Team Lead, Learning Operations in Bangalore, India
Job Description :
This purpose of the role is to manage the ongoing maintenance and support of all our learning systems. This includes product releases , exploiting existing features & new feature deployment, managing content , external integrations and engaging third party support wherever needed.
The role involves collaborating with external vendors and contractors to deliver training programs when necessary, conducting training needs assessments, monitoring and tracking training program progress and effectiveness, and maintaining accurate training records and reports. The ultimate goal of this role is to support the organization in achieving its training objectives by ensuring that the training programs are effective, engaging, and contribute to the development of the workforce.
Utilize advanced knowledge and expertise in power BI to create impactful data visualizations during training delivery
Employ in-depth understanding of power automate to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes during training delivery
Demonstrate proficiency in macros to simplify complex operations and increase efficiency during training delivery
Leverage extensive knowledge of MS forms to design engaging surveys and assessments for training evaluation purposes
Utilize advanced expertise in Sharepoint to manage and organize training materials and resources for easy access and retrieval
Apply extensive knowledge of Python to develop customized training content and modules
Demonstrate proficiency in SQL to analyze training data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
5-8 years of experience working in Learning & Development.
Highly credible with an ability to build and maintain superb relationships with the markets/functional capability teams/HRBP/vendors.
Experience in administering LMS & LXP systems
Good understanding of SSO, OKTA and mobile app deployments
Fair understanding of SCORM content deployment and SCORM interaction reports.
Previous experience of working in Learning & Development
Ability to work remotely without it negatively impacting execution and delivery
Highly credible with an ability to build and maintain superb relationships with the markets/functional capability teams/HRBP/vendors
