This position is with the Skype For Business (SFB) Clients team which focuses on communication solutions longevity and enable collaboration with most versatile customers. The team manages the whole suit of clients for the SFB platform which is used across the globe. We are looking for passionate Windows Software Engineer II to technically lead & contribute to design, build, test, deploy and operate features in production. You’ll be working with every stage of the software development and have wide impact.

Responsibilities
Work closely with product team on features planning.
Work closely with infra and partner teams for architecture and API updates.
Implement and update features for the Skype For Business client.
Be responsible of product/feature quality and reliability monitoring and live site support.
Mentor junior developers.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience with commercial product development with strong focus on user experiences.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:

OR equivalent experience.
Solid communication skills.
