Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify gaps, lead solution design, and implement the Rapid Response application to meet business requirements

• Apply skills in supply chain management and Kinaxis RR configuration

• Develop and implement supply chain planning solutions

• Integrate Kinaxis with host ERP systems through Data Warehouses for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications for enhancements, layouts, and reports

• Foster collaboration among teams from different areas to achieve project success

• Provide guidance and support to project teams

• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions

• Manage day-to-day support and enhancements

• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Kinaxis Rapid Response capabilities

• Evaluate and recommend new features and functionality to enhance supply chain planning processes

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in delivering Supply Chain planning projects

• 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response Implementation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in interpersonal interactions and communication

• Strong collaboration skills to thrive in a diverse team setting

• Experience in Author workbooks, creating automation schedule tasks, developing reports, dashboards, and scorecards

• Hold Level 2 Author and Contributor Certification in Kinaxis Rapid Response

• Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience

• Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certifications are a plus

Along with these qualifications, having a practical understanding of relational databases and the ability to write queries is seen as an advantage. Being familiar with Agile frameworks, like Scrum or Kanban, and how they are used in IT operations is also helpful. It is highly desirable to have proficiency in using Agile tools like Service Now and JIRA to efficiently handle and supervise project progress. Building strong working relationships with all relevant parties is a crucial skill.
