Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design:
Design and develop scalable, high-performance architecture for Generative AI solutions.
Ensure alignment of AI solutions with business goals and technical requirements.
Solution Development:
Own the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions.
Collaborate with Gen AI Center of Excellence team to integrate AI solutions into business applications.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI technology and incorporate them into solutions.
Business Engagement:
Work closely with Business Analyst to understand requirements and tailor Gen AI solutions accordingly.
Present technical solutions to partners, ensuring clear communication of benefits and features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience (3+ years) in AI/ML and Data Engineering (5+) with a focus on Generative AI technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
Knowledge of data architectures for Gen AI including ingestion, storage, and processing
Data pipeline development tools and methods
Knowledge of large-scale data processing with frameworks like SPARK/KAFKA
Proven record of designing and deploying large-scale AI solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical partners.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing Gen AI, AI/ML solutions for bio-technology companies.
