Resideo Sr HR Operations Manager in BANGALORE METROPOLITAN AREA, India
Responsible for teams providing HR Operations support for APAC & EMEA and overseeing global processes, while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to enable effective service delivery. You will actively engage in the day-to-day operations of teams, managing direct and indirect teams to enable the speed of HR Processes (end-to-end Employee Lifecycle). You will be the second level escalation point for queries submitted by employees globally. You will be responsible for continuously improving the teams' overall performance by creating a strong customer experience approach and driving innovative process improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for managing escalations, on-time delivery & quality within the stipulated time effectively.
This role requires outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
JOB DUTIES:
Managing the day-to-day operations, implementing necessary changes, and adhering to compliance procedures, laws, and regulations
Manage a team of approx. 16 members across APAC & EMEA and accountable for their service delivery, performance management and development
Enabling success for shared resources with Payroll Admin Team
Managing in-country support with local HR resources
Oversee supervisors who manage teams assigned to all tasks related to the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding (including New Hire Experience)
Ensure the highest level of HR data accuracy through data analysis and regular maintenance and governance processes
Maintain a strong management operating system (MOS) with key stakeholders
Ensure teams are up to date with all process documentation and compliance with country-specific regulations
Continuously engage, motivate and develop talent
Contribute to the development, documentation and implementation of new HR administrative processes and policies
Develop, lead and implement operational strategies (projects & initiatives) to improve customer service, increase employee, manager and HR business partner productivity and simplify HR processes
Leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for Global HR to enable efficiency within HR to speed up business processes
Leading the end-to-end HR integration efforts for all regions responsible (acquisitions and divestitures) and supporting acquisitions globally
Manage the approval process for mailbox accesses for internal employees
Manage & resolve audit queries from time to time (both internal & external) aligning to local governance & regulations
Consult with Legal/Data Privacy/Works Council for processes/projects (exceptional requests, new initiatives, changes to the existing processes etc.)
Serve as Authorized Signatory for Visa/Appointment letters and other compliance-specific processes (Provident Fund Portal & Gratuity)
WE REQUIRED
Advanced proficiency in English, with daily use required
Ability to present effectively to a global audience
10 or more years in a senior leadership role in human resources or related function
Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and sound stakeholder management
Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
Strong working knowledge of regional HR Operations and legal guidelines
Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes
Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using CRM or related business management software
Flexible to working in shifts generally catering to APAC & EMEA timings (12pm-9pm)
