Chevron Thailand Limited is accepting online applications for the position of E&I Engineer located in Bangkok, Thailand through December 16, 2024.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • overseeing electrical, instrument, and mechanical maintenance activities across various facilities and equipment. These facilities encompass the Lube Oil Blending Plant, Grease Blending Plant, and utilities related to operations.

  • this position will work closely with Thailand operations to drive an OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and efficient maintenance program that supports safe and reliable operations.

  • responsible for the PCN (Process Control Network), process control equipment, and field automation. This includes automated PLCs, DCS, robotics for high-speed filling machines, blending systems, and tank field management ATG.

  • a significant part of this role involves implementing a conservation energy program to achieve lower carbon intensity.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering ( E&I, Electrical, Mechatronics )

  • Min. 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry

  • Strong communication skills (Thai-English)

  • Electrical engineer certification or equivalent

  • Expert in automation system, PLC, DCS and PCN

  • Able to do programming for control system, SIEMEN's PLC, understand PID logic

  • Experience in AI and IoT applications for machine and process improvement to support businesses growth.
