Management Trainee - Finance

Position: Management Trainee

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Duration: 18-24 Months

Embark on a dynamic 18 - 24 months journey with the Colgate-Palmolive Management Trainee Program, designed to kick-start your development and growth in the commercial realms of Finance within the fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.

As a Colgate-Palmolive Management Trainee, you will be immersed in a comprehensive learning experience through well-rounded job rotations and impactful project assignments. This hands-on approach ensures that you gain the skills and insights necessary to excel in the business world.

Upon successful completion of the program, high-performing trainees will be offered a permanent role within the company, tailored to align with individual performance and our evolving business needs.

We are looking for:

  • A Master's Degree holder, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

  • 0-3 years of professional experience.

  • Fluency in both English and Thai, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • A results-driven individual with robust leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit.

  • A proactive, impact-oriented individual who takes ownership of their work.

  • A keen analytical mind with a talent for problem-solving.
