Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing and related field

More than 5 years commercial experience. Previous experience in Sales, Marketing or CDT.

Good command of English level

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • To lead and develop Sales within all channels to deliver long term Business growth, in NNS, profitability and market share

  • Co-create Channel plans together with CDT, in line with the overall category and market strategy.

  • Ensure the optimal distribution of our ranges (OCB & SCB) by Sub-channels, in line with the agreed targets, development of the distributors network

  • Continuously monitoring of business results within all segments of the category by using both internal and external market data. Inform and challenge team to deliver targets.

  • Ensure that strategies, channel, distributors and KAs plans are implemented in the market

  • Recommend and develop actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behavior within your Category

  • Give input to the ICP process to ensure multifunctional input and alignment to the key growth opportunities and action plans at customer level

  • Establish clear promotional guidelines by sub-channel, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our promotions (together with CDT)

  • Establish winning commercial propositions and development of customer and field sales plans

  • Develop the Sales Team capabilities and performance drive

  • Contribution to the MBP process, ICP and OP preparation

  • Active participation in the TH business OMP and LT initiatives

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher – preferably marketing and related field.

  • More than 5 years commercial experience.

  • Previous experience in Sales, Marketing or CDT.

  • Demonstrable record of success in delivering key commercial KPI's - Understands key business functions i.e. Commercial, Finance, Technical, Supply Chain - Analytic, teamworking & Sales skills
