Core functions
Our consultants are our direct link to our customers.
Partner with customers to implement PDI systems.
Business requirement gathering, environment preparation, training, and SIT/Pilot assistance.
Key Skills Required
Having point of sale experience (POS) is required, ideally in fuel & petroleum industry experience or retail automation software experience.
Roughly 5 years minimum experience would be nice.
Strong communication skills and analytical thinking are important.
SQL knowledge is important. The role is the product expert and is the buffer between the customer and software development teams. So, the ability to listen and understand needs from the customer while being able to speak technically to the development team is important.
One area of consideration would be people who have served as L1/L2 POS support desk roles.
English skills must be proficient.
