Strategic Systems Programs Office ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in Bangor, Washington

Summary You will serve as an Administrative Officer in the Executive Support Division of STRATEGIC WEAPONS FACILITY PACIFIC. This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-3 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13. Responsibilities You will have oversight for all work performed within the division planning, setting priorities, adjusting schedules, evaluation of employee performance and work, counseling, instructing and divisional training of personnel. You will be responsible for the oversight and security verification for all official command mail for SWFPAC. You will modify, index and standardize forms and documents as needed and coordinate with headquarters and other field offices for distribution and continuity practices. You will maintain and oversee the management of an electronic database to store technical documents, forms, correspondence, manuals, notices and such. You will create and alter training materials to meet organizational needs and conduct annual and routine training for military and civilians. You will maintain audit documentation and perform audits. You will answer Congressional Inquiries. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band or GS-11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing business program operations (e.g. short and long-term planning, setting priorities, estimating resources) to assess and develop business or administrative processes and procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
