The BioLife Marketing organization is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and define the digital strategy and online experience for plasma donors. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns via BioLife’s marketing automation platform (Salesforce), website and mobile app.
This role will develop and execute customer facing digital strategies to support acquisition, retention and win-back across online channels including; website, mobile app, social media, email. As a member of the Marketing leadership team, you will be part of a fast paced, digitally savvy team that’s critical to the success of the organization.

Strategy development to ensuring flawless digital execution and delivery of customer marketing campaigns and programs in support of Digital marketing plans.
Manage and assist with the execution of marketing automation, marketing technology, and CRM implementations (Salesforce).
Define digital channels strategies. Document and manage a continuous and well documented testing plan.
Develop and manage BioLife’s Social Media strategy, properties and execution alongside our various internal business partners.
Enhance the website content framework as well as developing content which will assist with specific KPIs, branding goals and customer experience.
Advise on and create marketing automation, customer journeys/lead-focused strategies and tactics to achieve content and campaign objectives.
Ability to strategically create and express brand value propositions, develop customer personas, customer journey, and map to digital tactics.
Mitigate customer attrition, increase customer adoption and engagement, drive incremental growth, and improve overall business value.
Facilitation of production schedule and coordinate workload with other team members.
Accountable for on-time delivery and product quality levels requiring both the understanding of various business processes, the development of project plans, and management of multiple projects in unison.
Work in tandem with Database and Marketing teams to ensure appropriate audiences are reached effectively at the optimal times with the ideal message.

Working knowledge of the overall Salesforce platform suite and applications.
Excellent email marketing, social, mobile and campaign experience is essential.
Prior team leadership experience.
Curiosity and passion about digital marketing, staying abreast of industry news, best practices and emerging trends and capabilities.
Solid technical, business acumen and understanding to communicate with teams from various cross-functional areas.
Solid writing skills and experience creating marketing content. Ability to plan for, develop content, and execute programs with content across multiple channels and measure its effectiveness in driving the results that matter.
Unique balance of disciplined strategic thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on, while being able to stay “above the fray” to ensure goals are being hit are required.
Comfortable with new technologies and having a passion for learning and the ability to figure out how different systems integrate and work together to drive results.
Analytically minded, comfortable manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data in order to make actionable recommendations is required.
Demonstrated experience with the most common digital marketing tools (Adserving, Salesforce, Social Management platforms…)
Ability to perform performance analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.
Familiarity with HTML, understanding of Google Analytics.
Identifies opportunities for business process improvement, recommends, and implements change.
