Chemistry Department Manager - Bar-Lev site Israel
We are looking for a highly motivated Chemistry Department Manager that will be responsible for support and implementation of chemistry processesn and lead the Surface treatment team to overcome operational bottlenecks and consistently achieve targeted outputs, contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of the organization.
Areas of Responsibility:
The position includes working with work procedures and standards from the field of medical devices and working with hazardous materials while complying with the company's requirements and procedures.
Manage staff by fostering growth through recruitment, training, appraisal, and promotion.
Motivate employee excellence through engaging leadership and goal-oriented direction.
Process optimization and process improvements
Contract and follow work plans.
Requirements and skills:
Educational Requirement: bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering discipline relevant to this role, including Chemistry, Biotechnology, Materials Science, or Machine Engineering
Experience of over two years as a process manager or project manager.
English language skills (speech and write)
