The Digital Finance Business Partner role sits within the Finance Performance Team within the CHC GBU, consisting of approximately 20 dedicated collaborators with a focus on business analysis and finance performance. This team is integral in guiding the GBU by providing critical data and indicators to forecast and monitor the overall performance of the GBU.
Their responsibilities include organizing and piloting the financial forecasting and reporting processes throughout the year, and analyzing the GBU's performance with inputs from other finance and business stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
Reporting:
- Ensure the monthly closing process and provide accurate and relevant reportings to the different stakeholders.
Planning:
- Manage the annual business planning and recurring forecasting in coordination with the CHC Financial Performance Lead Digital and internal stakeholders.
Performance Follow-up:
- Monitor the performance of digital projects, follow up on implementations, and identify necessary mitigating actions.
Strategic Understanding:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of CHC business requirements and CHC Digital strategy and priorities.
Tool Proficiency:
- Develop expertise in reporting and financial tools (TM1, ERPs, E-Buy/Leo, etc.) to streamline processes.
About you:
Prior experience in Controlling
Financial/analytical ability
Collaborative and highly proactive attitude
Pack Office/SAP/TM1/PowerBI is a + Fluency in English
