Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Gaming Product Team in IGT Barcelona - hybrid way of work.
The overall responsibility is to deliver best-in-class casino games, working from strategy definition to market operation in an agile environment.
As a Product Manager you will provide product expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.
What will you do:
Contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and feature definition for the Spanish and International markets.
Market & User research plus monitor product penetration and performance key metrics.
Write technical documents for Compliance and Regulators.
Product launch Support for the Marketing and Sales teams
Manage product deployment and settings in target jurisdictions.
Regular reporting of status and communication to main stakeholders.
Become a point of contact for design, development, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.
Come up with ideas for business and product improvements.
About you:
• At least 2 years of Product Management experience.
• Eager to learn how to own, drive and manage the product strategy and roadmap.
• Experience working closely with analyst, design & development teams.
• Ability to effectively balance the needs of technology, business, and user experience.
• Technical background and Creative approach.
• Skills to communicate clearly and directly with team members and management (English and Spanish).
• Ability to work collaborative across business areas, caring about the people.
Desirable (but not required)
• Previous Experience in the Gaming industry
