Here in Regulatory Affairs Documentation Department, we collect all the needed regulatory information concerning our products into documents for dsm-firmenich customers, so they comply with applicable legislation worldwide.
As a documentation department you’ll get to know all dsm-firmenich products related documents and get familiar with several requirements and questionnaires from our customers.

Your key responsibilities
• Provide technical support to the Perfumery and Beauty Documentation team;
• Prepare standard documents and basic questionnaires for worldwide customers;
• Follow Standard Operational Procedures;
• Use our internal software systems to answer worldwide customer’s requests;
• Use different internal software systems and Microsoft Office for daily work.

You bring
• Recent graduate in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or another related scientific field;
• High level of English and Spanish, any other language will be a plus;
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools);
• Great communication, fast-learning and trust-building skills;
• Organized, service and data oriented person with sharp attention to detail;
• Strong sense of team spirit;
• Flexibility to support Business needs and to work during bank holidays.
