American Fuji Seal Quality Control Technician in Bardstown, Kentucky

Summary/Objective: The QC Technician is responsible for ensuring products meet the customer specified standards. The role supports the department by providing quality testing and product verification, machine calibrations and data reporting including but not limited to identing with urgency any material that does not meet customer specifications.Specific Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Understands customer requirementsCollects production samples from the production floor and performs required testNotifies production staff immediately of any and all out-of-specification conditions pertaining to teste samplesMaintains required retains and files in correct order and locationMaintains hard copy and electronic files of test data and production dataCommunicates quality issues with inter-departmental and intra-departmental staff and management, as necessaryAssists with maintaining quality of cosmetic, fit, form, and function of WIP and finished goods products.Provides general analysis support to all departments, as neededAdheres to all plant rules, policies, and proceduresPerforms all other duties as assigned3rd shift 12-8a.m.QualificationsCompetencies and QualificationsSafety and Compliance: Consistently demonstrates “safety first” mindset, adheres to company safety and security policies and dedicated to employee safety and well-being.
