Assistant Property Manager

Job Information:

  • Full time, contact-to-permanent opportunity

  • Location: Barnegat, NJ

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

  • Starting pay: $20.00 per hour

    Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities:

  • Show properties to potential tenants, process rental applications, and handle lease agreements.

  • Ensure timely rent collection, manage late payments, and address any payment issues.

  • Address tenant complaints, resolve disputes, and maintain positive tenant relationships.

  • Oversee the move-in and move-out processes, including property inspections and condition reports.

  • Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and legal documentation.

    Assistant Property Manager Requirements:

  • Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of previous experience in property management is preferred, but entry level can apply as well. Company will train candidates who are interested in getting into property management.

  • Must be outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
