Smoothens and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to a specified texture, using hand or power tool, including floats, trowel, and screeds. Lay concrete blocks and mixes cement using shovel or cement mixing machine. Operate power vibrator to compact concrete. Spread, level and smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand or power trowel or power screed and float. Mold expansion joints and edges, using edging tools jointers and straight edge. Lay out masonry work. Restore concrete surfaces using appropriate compounds. *Special Wage Rate: Work to be performed on DPRI-Funded projects covered by Davis Bacon Act, Services Contracts Act, and/or Executive Order 14206 will be paid no less than the indicated wage but may be paid more where special rates apply. #DPRI#
