Description Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team. Support Professionals assist adults with addictions concerns with residential treatment. At Barron Area Residential Treatment (BART), licensed counselors provide services to adult males referred through the Department of Corrections and who have a history of substance use disorder. Barron Area Residential Treatment provides Transitional Residential (halfway house) services; length of stay is determined by client need. The program utilizes evidence based practices targeted to reduce recidivism and relapse. This is a part-time, 20 hours per week, 2:00pm to 10:00pm or 4:00pm to 10:00pm and every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday! Under supervision, performs work involving the care, services, and treatment of clients seeking services in Addictions and Restorative Justice (ARJ) facilities (Substance Use Disorder and/or criminogenic risk/needs/responsivity factors) or Mental Health Residential/Crisis (MHRC) facilities (Severe and Persistent Mental Illness or Crisis).
