Summary You will serve as a HEAVY MOBILE EQUIPMENT MECHANIC SUPERVISOR in the ?Production Plant Barstow of MCLC ALBANY GA. Responsibilities You will change work plans, work assignments and methods as necessary to reduce or control costs and to accomplish the work effectively as possible. You will promote the participation of subordinate in management programs such as beneficial suggestions, quality assurance, cost reduction schedules and approves leave requests of subordinate. You will determine training requirements and maintains records of trainee performance and evaluates their progress. You will plan and schedule weekly and monthly schedules and sequence of operations for subordinates.
