Job Title: Project Accountant
Job Description
Process and handle all contract billing including subcontractor billing. Assist in project scheduling based on the scope of work, the contract overhead and profit, and billing requirements in the project setup. Support PMs and internal team members to communicate costs, schedule status, and trends. Handle all financial tracking and controls in the ERP system. Assist PMs with project financial tracking and forecasting in the ERP system. Maintain project contracts, supplemental agreements, task work orders, etc. Analyze project cost reports and budget utilization. Prepare all billing project packages with support of PM and internal team members. Handle all AR as needed and collect on past due bills when applicable. Perform ad hoc projects and reporting as assigned.
