Position Summary

Embark on an exceptional journey with Jet Aviation as Aftermarket Sales and Services Manager. For our team in Basel at the Euro Airport, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to deliver exceptional support to our global customers on aircraft parts and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services.

Your Role

  • Champion of Customer Success: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing parts sales, engineering services, and other services – from wheels and brakes to emergency equipment and engine overhauls

  • Project Oversight : Oversee off-site refurbishment projects, ensuring timely and top-quality delivery that meets every customer’s expectations

  • Solution-Oriented Advisor : Issue detailed quotations, handle engineering queries, and make strategic purchasing and sales decisions tailored to each client

  • Collaborative Team Player : Work with a dynamic team, embodying the values of the organization as you represent us with industry groups and regulatory bodies

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s in engineering or similar related to the field

  • Sound knowledge of aerospace standards, OEMs, and regulations, plus a talent for sales and technical solutions

  • Familiarity with systems like SAP is an advantage

  • Proficient in English

  • Customer centric personality with a proactive as well as collaborative mindset
