As Labor Relations Manager , you will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the organization's labor relations programs, policies, and procedures; guides all levels of management on labor matters.

Work Location: Batam, Kepulauan Riau
You will work both in an office and manufacturing shop-floor environment.
Domestic relocation is available for this position.
What You Will Do:
Directing the operation of labor relations programs and functions in the organization; ensuring compliance with regulations.
Establishing and maintaining satisfactory labor-management relations to promote a positive labor-management relations environment within the organization.
Overseeing and guiding the resolution of all types of labor relations issues including collective bargaining agreements, grievance procedures, arbitration, etc.
Advising management on changes to existing policies to ensure compliance with new or proposed regulations.
Representing the organization in general legal hearings on local regulations pertaining to labor issues.
Required Skills:
Conflict Management : Knowledge of managing conflicts; ability to anticipate, recognize, and deal effectively with existing or potential conflicts at the individual, group, or situation level.
Influencing : Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
Negotiating : Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Interpersonal Relationships : Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Industrial Relations : Knowledge of the concept, theories, and approaches of industrial relations; ability to maintain harmonious relations between employers and employees.
What Will Set You Apart:
Language Proficiency : Strong proficiency in English.
Experience : Having a minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations.
Expertise in Indonesian labor laws.
Proven experience in manufacturing or within a large-scale organization.
Skilled and experienced in strategizing and executing labor relations programs.
Proficient in risk assessment for industrial issues, disciplinary actions, and CLA negotiations.
Adept at coaching and fostering employee engagement.
Additional background as an HR Business Partner.
