Job Overview:
Senior Industrial Engineer is leadership role for Industrial Engineering Department under umbrella of Yard Engineering Operations.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Reports to Manager Yard Engineering
Manage the operations of Industrial Engineering Department
Supporting Yard Management in finding robust and sustainable solutions for industrial work process written and physical in Fabrication Yard
Investigates, finds, proposes, implements and maintains solutions for improvements of industrial work process written and physical in Fabrication Yard
Liaise with other Yard Functional Department in performing the tasks and responsibilities
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Industrial Engineering Degree or Industrial Management Degree or Engineering Bachelor’s degree of any discipline
5 Years experience on similar roles/department
3-5 Years experience may be considered where found suitable
No less than 3 years' experience
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
Possess Industrial Engineering Degree or Industrial Management Degree
Possess Six Sigma and/or Kaizen and/or Lean qualifications/certifications
Experienced in lead or managing similar Department
Experienced in leading one of more improvement process projects is a plus
