Position Title: Administrative Support Manager
Role Summary: Oversee all office management as a team with the other Administrative Support Manager. Provide clerical and receptionist functions, and contribute to the efficient operation and positive image of the YWCA of Genesee County.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Regular and predictable attendance. Answer phones and transfer calls with accuracy and compassion. Monitor, maintain, and update multiple databases accurately and in a timely fashion. Includes Mailing List, Donor List, and all email databases. Create marketing flyers, brochures, reports, letters etc. as needed for various events. Communicate and interact professionally with clients and the community. Prepare biweekly payroll submission and monitor benefits and accruals and update yearly payroll forms with minimal mistakes. Other Functions and Duties:
Maintains the petty cash and accounts receivable daily deposit. Purchases supplies and equipment as authorized by management. Assists with special event preparations. Assists with the monitoring and maintenance of social media, YWCA website and online communication. Assists with YWCA programs as needed. Has an advanced knowledge of the following machines: phones, computer, copier, fax, etc. Process vendor invoices from start to finish. Assist with creating/preparing Annual Report, Annual Appeal, Newsletters Provide backup to other office positions as needed. The above represent duties assigned to this position. This is not an all-inclusive list. Qualifications:
At least one year of work experience in an office setting. Mastery of Microsoft office tools and computer literacy. Ability to meet the needs of a multi-purpose office setting. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
