Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in their car-buying journey, answering questions, and offering guidance.
Sales Process: Engage customers in a consultative sales process, showcasing the features and benefits of our vehicles to meet their needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Deal Closing: Navigate the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for the customer.
Follow-Up: Establish and nurture relationships with customers through post-sale follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve sales goals collectively.
Requirements
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is advantageous.
