Actalent Entry Level Electrical Engineer in Batesburg, South Carolina
Description: Ideal candidate will have a B.S.E.E. and want to eventually move up into Electrical Engineering.
Develop, organize, and write procedures, training materials, and process documentation
Interact with manufacturing workers, Engineers, Quality, and other stakeholders to document, develop and improve procedures
Write easy-to-understand work instructions
Proofread documents to ensure continuity of style of content
Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
Follow documents through the review and approval process
Process, distribute, and maintain Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
Documentation, assisting engineers with department requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Engineering degree
Manufacturing-oriented individual familiar with visual work instruction creation - L6S YB training or higher preferred.
Previous experience with studying cycle times would also be a benefit.
