Work Schedule
This regular, full-time, administrative position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with extended days as needed by the College.
Position Summary
This grant-funded position will facilitate implementation of the ADN-BSN grant by serving as a liaison between KCC and WMU. This position will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making processes and play a pivotal role in supporting registered nurses in advancing their education and career through our RN to BSN program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and healthcare, with a passion for improving patient care outcomes through data-driven insights. They will also possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering nurses to achieve their professional goals.
Please note that this is a temporary grant position funded through September 30, 2026.

Minimum Qualifications
1,. Bachelor's degree in data science, healthcare information, statistics, or a related field. 2. Two or more (2+) years of experience in a healthcare or academic setting. 3. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively. 4. Proficiency using data analysis tools and software, specifically Microsoft Excel. 5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proposed Salary
According to the Kellogg Community College Hay Administrative Compensation program, the 2024-2025 starting annual salary range is $48,340 to $56,868 for a Professional 1 position to start.
