Main duties
Contributes to the development and implementation of production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel and equipment to accomplish targeted results. Establishes priorities; monitors progress; revises schedules; resolves problems; reports results of the processing flow on shift production summaries; targets required delivery times and budgeted costs. >> Assessment indicator : On Time Delivery, Costs, Turnover, Productivity Measures,

Is responsible for enforcing established site policies, communicating related information with the operators on regular basis and monitoring implementation situation in the workshop. >> Assessment indicator : FR1/FR2/Severity Rate / Environment inspection result / Discipline indicators
