Position Details:
Location: Tampa, FL
Status: Full Time (Exempt)
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may vary)

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for:
Facilitates the placement of key physicians to ensure easily accessible, high quality physician services for the community and region we serve.
Must have knowledge of the medical community and be familiar with marketing/public relations techniques, especially sales.
Must also be familiar with BayCare Health Care System and the many services it provides.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Certification includes PHR, CMSR, RMSR, or ASPR.
Required Experience includes:
2 years recruitment experience with Bachelor's Degree in related field
4 years of Physician Healthcare Recruitment with High School Diploma or equivalent
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
