Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem PT Pediatrics in Bayonne, New Jersey

Years of Experience Required: 1-3 years preferred but not required
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
Shift Times: Can be flexible depending on 4 day or 5 day schedule. Could be 9-7, 10-6, 11-7, 10-8
Weekend Requirement: None
Contract Hours/Week: 40 hour work week

Certifications Required? Yes. Must hold NJ PT license and have BLS certification

Patient Ratio: 1:1 individualized treatment sessions or evaluations
Call required-No
Patient Mix/Skillset: Infants to age of 21. All diagnosis. Some ex: torticollis, developmental delay, autism, post surgery
Specific Equipment-Adaptive equipment is at treatment site
Charting System: Currently Meditech but transitioning to EPIC in September 2024
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any color scrubs or business casual
