ManpowerGroup Night Shift Packaging Operator in Baytown, Texas
Packaging Operator
Location: Baytown, TX
Shift: Night Shift (6 PM - 6 AM, 4 days on, 3 days off)
Pay Rate: $18.50 - $20/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Packaging Operator to join our team in Baytown. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining safe packaging operations while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain safe packaging and material handling processes.
Execute HRP/JSA processes effectively.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S methodology.
Manage waste and general trash from packaging and material handling operations.
Ensure quality assurance in accordance with Kuraray EVAL QMS standards.
Maintain operational coverage to support 24/7 plant processing and production.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to talk and hear effectively.
Proficient in using hands and fingers for handling and keyboard operations.
Capable of standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and performing physical tasks as needed.
Vision requirements include close vision for detailed work.
Qualifications:
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
Experience in packaging or manufacturing environments is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
