Description Do you enjoy working alone and have know-how of both business systems analysis and project management? Expertise in accounting functions and systems is a requirement for this Project Manager role. This is the perfect position for someone who has a passion for keeping financial projects on schedule. The Project Manager position will involve assisting Business Analysts in completing the detailed requirements documentation, which may include data mapping to accounting systems for proper accounting and reporting of transactions. In addition to specifications comprised from the accounting leadership team, the business requirements must include remarks from top participants from other functional areas. This long-term temporary employment opportunity is based in the Beachwood, Ohio area.

Starts new and precise governance approaches for the projects to result in constant communication and issue resolution
Launches and oversees work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports, issue management and risk mitigation
Explains and analyzes business requirements for business users
Coordinates priorities of concurrent project and support assignments, in addition to meeting stakeholder expectations
Joins forces with development team to identify business requirements and business process design
Develops and manages project sponsor expectations, understands business drivers and, when required, requests changes to project scope, timing, or resources to make sure strategic solutions are delivered Requirements - Reply both orally and in writing to executive management, team members, business and technology professionals
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance & Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Candidates with a Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification are preferred
Able to apply independent judgement and act on it
Demonstrated success acting in a project management capacity
Capable of analyzing complex business problems, proposing effective solutions and understanding and applying business vision and direction
7+ years of prior relevant experience- Command of SAP GRC
Comprehensive knowledge of Risk Governance
Candidates with previous experience working with or in an accounting function with a key role in system projects may be best suited for this role
Candidates must have proven skills in project management software like Microsoft Project, SmartSheet or other similar applications
Clear understanding of business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modeling and testing methodologies & development
