ManpowerGroup Electrical/Mechanical Test Technician in Beaver, Pennsylvania
Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for mechanical and electrical testing? We are seeking an Electrical Test Technician to join our client’s team, supporting the engineering department in product development, sustainment, and certification efforts. You will play a key role in conducting electrical tests, assembling products, maintaining lab efficiency, and ensuring safety standards are met.
Job Title: Electrical Test Technician
Location: Beaver, PA
Monday to Friday - First shift
Pay: $20-$25
What’s the Job?
Perform electrical testing on distribution products, ensuring adherence to industry standards and product development goals.
Accurately record and deliver test data to project engineers.
Maintain a 5S-compliant lab environment, contributing to organizational efficiency and safety.
Collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery of test results.
Share expertise and provide guidance to other technicians to enhance team knowledge and capability.
High voltage.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred: Associate Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Technology (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Position Criteria:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using and understanding test equipment and adhering to procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with word-processing and spreadsheet software (up to 50% of daily tasks).
Skilled in the use of hand tools for assembly and wiring of test devices (up to 80% of daily tasks).
