Work is primarily performed in a patients home.
Requires initial nursing evaluation visit and re-evaluate the nursing needs based on the patients status and condition.
Initiate the plan of care and make revisions.
Supervise and consult with licensed practical nurses as necessary.
Supervise aides as necessary.
Applicants must have a current license.
Applicants must have a current CPR card.
Applicants must have a current drivers license and proof of automobile insurance.
Applicants must have a reliable vehicle.
Applicants must be able to lift 40 lbs.
On rotation for On call nights/weekends.
Works well and communicates well with team.
