Job Description:
The Sales Enablement Program Manager, Onboarding will be responsible for developing and delivering sales enablement that drives sales effectiveness and productivity. The Sales Enablement Program Manager will oversee enablement initiatives aligned to regional enablement plans. They will work collaboratively across Sage to develop and execute enablement programs and “Always On” enablement which will include a mix of formal training content and bringing concepts to life through coaching of practical application.
In partnership with the Senior Manager Sales Enablement, this role will proactively assess current and ongoing enablement needs, design and implement onboarding programs, and measure the impact of the programs against agreed performance outcomes. From initial colleague onboarding through to enhanced skills development adopting a culture and concept of continuous improvement as we enhance skills and competence across all Sales roles. The Sales Enablement Program Manager will align all enablement programs to the Sales Excellence and Enablement goals, objectives, strategies and the Revenue Plans.

• Partner with Sales Enablement colleagues to drive sales effectiveness through onboarding and continuous enablement
• Provide subject matter and regional expertise to build onboarding enablement initiatives
• Manage 2-3 programs in parallel
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program including content on company, products, industry, sales process, skills, and tools for new sellers
• Create and maintain sales enablement assets, training, and tools focused on onboarding
• Regularly report the impact of Enablement activity against agreed performance outcomes and objectives
Requirements:
• 3+ years combined experience in a SaaS business in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Product Marketing roles
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at mid to senior levels
• Innovative mindset, constantly seeking new methods and unafraid to challenge status quo
• Experience in sales enablement methods and approaches
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. For this role, in those locations, the total cash range for new hires is: $110,975 to $126,500 3rd quartile.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed reflects the Sage total compensation package.
