LogixHealth Senior Manager, Accounts Resolution in Bedford, Massachusetts
Location: Hybrid in Bedford, MA
This Role:
As a Senior Manager of the Accounts Resolution department at LogixHealth, you will work with internal teams to identify solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to oversee the RCM staff.
The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure appropriate training for new hires
Develop new processes as systems and job duties evolve
Update staff on new client information
Manage staff workload and productivity

Required:
Prior management experience
Medical billing experience
Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Experience leading a team of 20+ employees
