Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Applications Support Engineer in Southern New Hampshire. This position requires a skilled Applications Support Engineer with a focus on maintaining and troubleshooting business applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft technologies, troubleshooting, and supporting software integrations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot core business applications.
Support software integrations to ensure efficient business processes.
Create and maintain documentation for business applications.
Participate in technology projects as needed.
This role is primarily focused on backend support and requires a strong understanding of technical systems and processes.
Implement new business applications and services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Backup Technologies, and Computer Hardware.
Expertise in MS Office 365 and Microsoft Windows.
Experience in managing Enterprise Applications.
Familiarity with Document Management processes.
Proven IT project management skills.
Knowledge of Endpoint Protection and Endpoint Security.
Experience in Software Integration.
Experience in Workflow automation.
Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Troubleshooting and repair experience for computer hardware, software, and network issues.
Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot scripts written in Batch and PowerShell.
Basic knowledge of document management systems.
