Our job is to supply the tools and services - the pots, pans, soups and sauces - they need to work better, faster and safer, leading to better patient outcomes.
What you’ll do
Review and sign commercial contracts with customers;
Own customer order fulfilment from order entry, product supply, shipment delivery to complaint settlement;
Issue invoices, complete cash application and minimize AR past due;
Drive funnel management and forecast accuracy;
Drive process simplification and optimization to improve efficiency.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade or foreign trade English;
Work experience in import/export business or order fulfillment and management is desired;
Adaptive in different culture and environment; Willing to take challenges and drive changes;
Good command of Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP systems (Oracle is a plus); Analytical and sensitive to numbers;
Good interpersonal and communication skills; Strong sense of urgency and self-motivation;
Proven ability to deliver results with strong execution;
Customer-focused, clear thinker and team player.
