Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Thermo booking policy by checking contract information from the sales team
Input all orders accurately and in a timely manner into SAP
Manage and process orders to ensure timely revenue recognition and prompt closure of orders
Issue invoices to customers and ensure they receive them
Regularly review and track accounts receivable
Support sales engineers in checking spare parts inventory or order status
Assist sales team with internal issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Law, or International Trade preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, project management, or business data analysis
Good knowledge of SAP preferred
Effective communication, planning, and coordination skills
Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
Willingness to work overtime if needed
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Basic knowledge of SAP
Strong communication and coordination skills
